Race Package Pick-Up Details | March 7
Where: Robert H Lee Alumni Centre (Jack Poole Hall, Second Level)
When: Thursday, March 7, 6:00PM – 9:00PM
What to bring: Please bring a physical copy of government issued photo identification (Driver’s license, Health Card, UBC Student ID).
What’s happening during race package pickup: You’ll receive your race package, which includes your run bib, bike and helmet stickers, wristband, wetbag, socks, a race belt, and a shirt (if you ordered one). This is also a great opportunity to engage with sponsors, connect with event staff, and learn more about event logistics. Feel free to drop by anytime.
What if I can’t make it on Thursday?: Not to worry! You can arrive early on race day to pick up your package. Race day package pick up will take place in the UBC Life Building.
*Please note that race packages must be picked up by the registered participant only, and relay teams require the presence of all three (3) team members during pick-up. Further, if someone is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign a consent form during package pick-up; this is for relay teams, youth triathletes and the kids aquathlon.
