I’ve been running for a decade and do regular Training weekly. but i didn’t see much improvement in my pacing and speed. I rationalize using my Gender & age aside from demanding long hours at work for the lack of improvement.
Been running solo for awhile since my running buddies Akari went back for good to Myanmar Apparently my solo training ends as I went back to group Training once again with 2 strong guys almost my age as we are participating in International Triathlon SG.
Having a coach who are very active in Triathlon really helps me to improve my speed even my upper body becomes stronger. Though the interval training leaves tremendous pain in my body and core muscles but I love the good changes on me.
The result of Training pays off as We make it to 3rd place at International Triathlon competition 2019 and it serves as an inspiration to us and other GRIT members.
