This is an easy, fun and unstructured jog or run, designed to keep your system ticking over without adding too much fatigue. Make it a priority to never go above Z2, and a good way to do this is to go for a run with a friend and keep it at a conversational pace (or talk to yourself!). Avoid any hills as best you can and just keep it steady Sufferlandrian.
