I often got bored during my solo long distance runs and it just gets tougher each time I increase my miles. I never thought that I could complete my first standard chartered half marathon and I did it this year, the timing of 2:48, all thanks to the encouragement and training from Coach Chris together with the team.And guess what, I had just signed up a 30km run next year and I can’t wait for it! Despite being the only Chinese, I feel welcome by the team and I truly enjoy each training session! Training highly recommended for Athletes who want to push themselves more harder!
