My sports 1. Athletics #100, 200,4x100m4x400, longjump, triple jump.,high jump, shotpot, Javelin throw, discus throw.. during college and varsity time.

Permormance and competition during high up to Olympics.

well very important na gusto mo yung laro na sasalihan mo dahil what ever its take its yours choice 2.Dream Big ang injoy every time you play and also dont rush your goal kc it takes time to Made a Olympian… 3. try u best to the limits and dont be afraid what ever result and dont lose hope sometimes u win sometimes u lose.. lastly trust in GOD and be patient all the time and also stay humble.
