One-Punch Man (OPM) challenge started when we are still on ECQ, which is already a challenge in itself. I joined to keep myself preoccupied and to have a stronger motivation to maintain my fitness level.
Space to run -Wearing a mask while running 10K -Muscle imbalance in the exercises included in OPM challenge (100 sit-ups, 100 squats, 100 push-ups, and 10K run). I needed to modify some exercises to target the whole body and to avoid workout adaptation.
Enjoy the pain. Training and workouts are not supposed to be easy. You have a choice to just sit all day, relax, and neglect your health, or drag yourself to work out, become stronger, and thank yourself afterward for not giving up.
