Achievements and Awards
Yesterday, our #pinksquad bravely toed the starting line and all finished strong at SBR Duaman Duathlon 2019 at Camp N, Nuvali. Despite the scorching heat and tough course, our squad managed a 100% finish rate. Congratulations to our teammates – Aan Bee (Lite Category), Seannah Swift, Leonell Patag, Larry Ronquillo, Emerson Petrola Cabansag and Rainier Navarro (all Full). Of course, our very own Girl-On-Fire, Seannah, landed again on the top spot at 1st place AG 30-34 female for the full category.
SBR Duaman Duathlon 2019 was organized by SwimBikeRun Phils., and designed for newbies who want to get a taste of multisport. Duaman composed of two categories – FULL (6km run, 25km bike, 3km run) and the LITE (3km run, 15km bike, 3km run) and held at Camp N, Nuvali.
Another race weekend for some of our teammates yesterday as they made way to their finishline. Our fine ladies, Aan and Kristine, and our big boss Mike Co finished their respective races.
Congratulations to Aan and Kristine for surviving PruRide Gran Fondo 30kms in Subic. Salute to our big boss, Mike Co for a podium finish 2nd place AG 50 and above at Fast Twitch Super Enduro Tri at Fontana (Super Enduro category).
First, a very good job to our girls – Aan Bee (lite distance) and Lou Maghuyop (full distance) for their aquathlon finish at SBR’s Aquaman at Vermosa Sports Hub. Lastly, kudos to our delegates – Philippides Cayetano, Louie Zuniga, Emerson Petrola Cabansag and Nelia Bucatcat (all in short distance) as they conquered the open water and rough terrains of Amphibrun Solo at Pundaquit, Zambales. Congratulations also to Philippides Cayetano for bringing home the 3rd place male overall for the short distance of Amphibrun Solo.
The weekend for our team is not yet over. This time it’s on the trails, as our very own Anna Mapua finished another MTB race at Women Can XC Challenge at Neopolitan, Quezon City. But wait there’s more… she conquered it with flying colors as she finished 1st on her Female AG 45-49! So who says women can’t ride MTB?!
Congratulations Anna Mapua, good job!
