For any reason\, errors that may control the category and the podium must be corrected before the competition date. This responsibility belongs to the participant. The organization cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur due to user information entry. \n\n\nUsers who receive a TTF license discount are required to have a Turkish Triathlon License with a visa during registration. Athletes who cannot present a Turkish Triathlon License with a visa can participate in the competition by paying the standard registration fee and an additional daily license fee (15€). The discounted fee paid by participants who cannot present a visa license in accordance with Article 1 will not be refunded. \n\n\nThe participant declares that he/she is aware of and accepts the conditions stated during registration\, in particular the conditions regarding no refunds. \n\n\nCHIP DISTRIBUTION AND CHIP USAGE \nTime chips will be distributed at the place and time specified in the program. If a person does not take his/her chip and race kit in time\, Chip and kit is given under some conditions in order to not to suffer any victimization to their friend or trainer. That persons should submit ID card’s copy\, licence and a petition letter which should be about taking the chip. Chips should be worn on the ankle and not removed during the race. \nTECHNICAL MEETING \nTechnical meeting will be held online withTTF Youtube page. Participation in Technical meeting is important in terms of to get pre-information about changes. The changes that are not foreseen before the organization and that are necessary for a safer conduct of the organization will be announced by the Organization Committee in the technical meeting via taking the opinion of the competition commission. All athletes will be accepted as participated to the meeting.
